In our Partner Program we work with you to identify, design and automate a specific process in your cross-border operation, whether import, export or both. Our development team and AI lab provide the technology; you provide the business knowledge.
The first round is already underway and we are opening a second round to new companies who want to be part of this project.

How the application process works
Apply to the Second Round
Fill in the form and tell us what process you want to automate. We analyze all applications and notify selected companies before September 18, 2026.

Purpose: The purpose of this program is to select up to 3 companies in the customs brokerage or logistics sector to collaborate on the development and automation of foreign trade processes using the DODA Smart platform and the Fr8Technologies AI team.
Eligibility: Any company engaged in import, export or customs brokerage in Mexico or US-Mexico cross-border operations may apply. Prior DODA Smart registration is not required.
Application period: Applications are open from the publication date until September 4, 2026. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
Selection: Fr8Technologies will evaluate applications based on technical feasibility, clarity of the process to automate and strategic fit. The decision is discretionary and final. Selected companies will be notified by email within a maximum of 2 weeks after the application deadline.
Guaranteed benefits: Each selected company will receive: (1) free DODA Smart membership for 12 months from the date of incorporation into the program; (2) access to the Fr8Technologies development and AI team for 3 months for the agreed project; (3) priority access to future program rounds.
Project duration: The collaboration project will have a maximum duration of 3 calendar months from the incorporation date. The project scope must be agreed and defined within this period.
Limitations: Fr8Technologies reserves the right to declare the round void, reduce the number of spots or modify the program conditions for justified reasons, with reasonable prior notice.
Data protection: Data provided in the form will be processed in accordance with the DODA Smart Privacy Policy available at dodasmart.mx/en/privacy-policy/ and solely for the purpose of managing the selection process.
